Our collective team of lineman, ground hands, project managers, and supervisors maintain the following skills:
Aerial construction
Our expertise and passion, we are fortunate to employ several highly skilled, experienced aerial construction foreman on our team. Each has 25 or more years of experience. This experience includes, but not limited to, tangent fiber for Allegheny Power, copper (telephone), 5G tower connects, coax, backbone, inner-connects, and Flex-Nap.
Fiber splicing
Our fiber splicers work with precision and knowledge. Our senior staff splicers mentor our employees enrolled in the apprenticeship program. Employees that complete the apprenticeship program will receive a Fiber Optic Technician certificate on completion of an apprenticeship through the Wireless Infrastructure Association.
Underground construction
UtiliCom is experienced and capable of constructing your fiber horizontal drilling projects.
Pole placement
UtiliCom’s pole placement crews have placed multiple poles for new 5G networks, new builds, force relocates, expansions and replacements.
Commercial build and installation
Our professional commercial team is skilled in customer satisfaction and communication as much as they are on construction. Working closely with our hardline team, our commercial team will successfully bring lines inside businesses leaving clean, professional and finished work.
Engineering
We take care of right of way acquisition, permitting, and drafting and design.
